Owners, admins and managers can download CSV or QuickBooks Desktop (IIF) files.
Only what falls between these dates, e.g. last month for your accountant or a pay period for payroll.
Always the full list, whatever the dates.
Must match names in your QuickBooks company file. Missing ones are created on import. Drafts, cancelled invoices and purchase orders are left out.
